Weighed myself today….129.2! That is down a bit from Sunday! I am very happy with this. It is definitely a great motivator, when you hop on the scale and see progress. I’m so close to pre-preggo weight I can taste it!!! That’s all I wanted to share 🙂

🙂 I know it was only a few ounces but that is good for me. lol I wish I could do the 4lbs like you, but unfortunately when breastfeeding that is really unhealthy. It can make my milk toxic if I lose more than 2lbs a week! YIKES! I dont want to hurt Jack….So I am vicariously living through you right now, at that glorious number you achieved this week my beautiful friend!
Haha, it’s unhealthy regardless! Although, I knew I was due for it because I had been at a plateau for so long. At last weeks weigh in, I knew I had lost but with my graduation party and a pampered chef party I enjoy a few too many margaritas. So at my weigh in I had maintained but I knew it was mostly water retention. So really, although I lost 4.8 it was the work of two weeks not one. I just hope I can lose again this next weigh in. I told Kris to keep my scale hidden until I reach goal. Seeing 126 one day and then 130 the next sucked. So mentally, for me, no more daily weighing. Since it changes for so drastically from day to day due to what you eat/drink, I figured I’ll just stick to my monday weights for now since those are the only ones I count officially anyway.
